Ingredients

  • 240 g thick plain Greek yogurt
  • 30 g honey
  • 3 g finely grated lemon zest
  • 100 g granola
  • 180 g strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 80 g blueberries
  • 60 g blackberries
  • 10 g unsweetened shredded coconut

Let’s make it

  1. Stir together the yogurt, honey, and lemon zest until smooth.
  2. Set out two clean 350–400 ml jars. Spoon a little granola into each, then add a layer of yogurt and some sliced strawberries and berries. Repeat the layers, dividing the ingredients between the jars and keeping some fruit and granola for the tops.
  3. Finish with the remaining berries, granola, and shredded coconut. Chill for about 15 minutes, then serve while the granola is still crisp. If preparing ahead, keep the granola separate and add it just before serving.
  4. Cover and refrigerate leftovers promptly; for the best texture, eat within 24 hours. Contains milk; check granola packaging for possible allergens such as wheat, nuts, or soy.
