For the joy of
making it.
Somewhere between saving a beautiful cake and actually making one, there’s a little gap. Kumora is here to help you cross it.
This journal grew out of a love for decorative cakes: the swirls, the colors, the tiny details that turn something simple into a celebration.
Here, an idea comes with a next step. A piping pattern to practice. A tool to reach for. A recipe to keep close while you bake.
A bigger kitchen table
Kumora is now a community, too. Create your own baker profile, share your recipes, follow the people who inspire you, and leave a little encouragement on their creations. Every member recipe has its own page and credits the person who shared it.

Kumora is a Conyro website created by Armin, the person behind Cake Theory on Pinterest. We use AI to help develop original recipe drafts and decorating guides. Recipes in development are clearly marked; we only call a recipe kitchen-tested after it has been made and checked. Some guides are written with AI assistance and published after an automated editorial review; each of those ends with a note saying how it was made. Pinterest design references are linked to their source. Our own illustrations and licensed photographs are credited separately.
Read our editorial standards for recipe testing, photo credits and Studio disclosures, or contact Armin with a question or correction.
We’re here for a little more making, a little less overthinking, and plenty of buttercream.
